Jessie J
Jessica Ellen Cornish, popularly referred to as Jessie J, is a famous English artist and singer. Jessie was first noticed for her distinct style of music, which blends soul and hip-hop and pop with electropop. In addition, she has won several awards and nominations, like the 2011 'Critics Choice Brit Awards', and the BBC's Sound of 2011.' Her music career began at an young age of 11 after she got a role in "Whistle Down the Wind,' the musical written created by English composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. After that, she was a part of the National Youth Music Theater and was part of their 2002 production"The Late Sleepers,". In 2011, she was famous after the release of her debut studio album 'Who You Are'. In the UK all by itself the album was sold at 105,000 units, and in the US it was sold at 34,000. Jessie's album was also 2nd place on the charts for UK albums as well as number 11 in the US Billboard 200.
